Enterprise, Utah - Leo Frank Barlocker, 83, loving husband, father and grandfather, returned to his Heavenly Father on September 4, 2016, in the comfort of his home. He was born July 26, 1933, in Enterprise, Utah, to Ernest Emil and Iola Mariah Barlocker.   He fell in love with and married Carol Lynne Chambers in the St George LDS Temple on February 9, 1957

Leo grew up in Enterprise, Utah. He joined the army at the age of 22 and was deployed to Korea. When he returned home he went to work for the Union Pacific Railroad and worked there until he retired in 1994. He served in the community along with the LDS church for most of his life. He loved sports and being outdoors with his family.

He is survived by his children: Karol (Dana) Truman, Audrey (Jeff) Colf, Craig (Cindy) Barlocker, Tammy (Russell) Gardner, all of Enterprise, Utah, Debbie (John) Marshall of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sons,from a previous marriage: David (Ann) Harrington of Murray, Utah, and Steven Harrington; 25 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carol; parents,  Ernest and Iola Barlocker;  and siblings: Lagrand, Kleda, Florence, Thella, Erwin, Ernest Dee, Leah, and Myrtle.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11:00 am  at the Enterprise LDS Stake Center, 80 Center Street, Enterprise, Utah. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Stake Center. Interment will be at the Enterprise City Cemetery.
