Obituary

Hurricane, Utah - Leanora Kaohulani Sili, 61, passed away February 13, 2021. She was born March 19, 1959 in San Francisco Kaiser Foundation Hospital to Robert Lopaka Naipo and Eliza Makaiwi. She married Toafitu Sili in Reno, Nevada on April 13, 1985.

Lea was born and raised in San Francisco and was the youngest of eight children. She attended Jefferson High School and graduated Class of '76. Worked as a Contract Specialist for the US Navy as a civilian and was transferred to work and live in Southern California in '99. She has lived in the Bay Area, San Diego, and then retired in Utah. She was a fun, loving, sweet, outgoing person, and was the life of the party. She loved her friends and family and did anything to make them happy. She loved and is a longtime fan of the San Francisco 49ers and was always the loudest in the room when the game was on. She loved music and knew the words to all her favorite songs from start to finish. She loved to sing and dance to music every day and everywhere she went, to the grocery store to the gym, her music was going. Her favorite artist was Prince, and she could talk about him all day. She traveled all over the country for work from the west coast to the east and even got to see the nation's capital, but her real home was in San Francisco. She loved to cook and loved her husband's cooking. If you were welcomed into her home, she treated you with love and always asked if you were hungry or to come and eat. She disliked spicy food and the Dallas Cowboys.

Lea is survived by her husband, Toafitu; children: Dustin and Spencer; and sisters; Kehau, Kaui, and Mapuana.
