IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda K.
Frantzen
May 21, 1947 – November 2, 2025
Saint George, Utah — Linda K. Frantzen, 78, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, in the home she shared with her daughter, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
Born on May 21, 1947, in Kewanee, Illinois, Linda was raised by her grandparents, James and Mary Jane Watson. On February 22, 1969, she married the love of her life, George Joseph Frantzen, and together they shared 47 wonderful years before his passing in 2016. She dedicated her life to raising her children and caring for others, always giving with a generous and open heart.
Known for her fiery red hair and even brighter spirit, Linda was truly one of a kind. With a mischievous spark and fearless honesty, she brought warmth, laughter, and light wherever she went. She loved people deeply—whether sharing stories with friends or chatting with someone new, her kindness, humor, and energy made everyone feel special.
Linda is lovingly survived by her three children: Joe [wife Nichole, son Dallas (wife Cara and their son Hudson), daughter Brooke, stepdaughter Lexie, stepson Blake]; Tim [wife Angie, sons Carter and Aidan, daughter Averee (husband Aaron and soon-to-be baby)], and Christina.
Later in life, she found love again with her dear friend Terry Hansen, and together they shared countless adventures exploring Southern Utah and beyond. They particularly loved attending the Methodist Church in Mesquite, Nevada.
Those who knew Linda will remember her laughter, generosity, and the way she made life more fun for everyone around her. Her spirit will live on in the memories she created and the love she shared.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at her home in St. George, Utah.
Graveside services will be held in Wyoming in Spring of 2026.
