St. George, UT – In loving memory of our daughter, sister, mother, niece, cousin and friend, Lisa Diane Simmons Breinholt, 45, passed away April 13, 2022. She was born September 12, 1976, to Mark Louis Simmons and Teresa Ann Dodge Simmons in Nampa, ID. Lisa married Shawn Allen and they had three children.

Lisa received her CNA license and worked at Brookdale Assisted Living Facility where she not only cared for the residents but learned to love them and they loved her. She would go the extra mile to help those who were in need. Because of her CNA license Lisa was able to spend more time with her father helping with his care. He passed away in 2005 from ALS.

Lisa has lived in Idaho, California, and Utah. She impacted many lives. She was fun loving and fun to be around. She was loved by her family and many friends. Lisa's last job was over the housekeeping department at Staybridge Suites in St. George.

Lisa's life was not an easy one. She had many trials but in the last few weeks her life was changing for the good. She was excited about the change coming and the kids were happy the change was coming as well.

Lisa is survived by her children: Brianna Elizabeth Breinholt (James Fallon) of St. George, Ethan Shawn Breinholt of St. George, and Catlyn Samantha Breinholt (Jake Gonzalez) of Hurricane; grandson, Dakota James Fallon; brother, Stan Michael Simmons; sister, Terra Rose Fogg (Doug); nephews: Brok Andreu Simmons, Braedun Alexander Simmons, Daigun Mark Simmons, Porter Fogg and Zeke Fogg; niece, Aaliyah Simmons; mother, Teresa Ann Simmons; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Louis Simmons; grandparents: Urial (Bernice) Simmons, Thomas Keith Dodge, and Ada Ann Overstreet Dodge (Loren) Whitney.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Sunbrook Room at the Dixie Convention Center, 1835 South Convention Center Drive, St. George, Utah 84790.
