St. George, Utah - Lois Knight Clegg returned to our Heavenly Father on September 26, 2012. She was born April 9, 1951 in St. George, Utah to Lamar and Edna Heywood Knight. She married Joseph Hugh Clegg September 28, 1985. They were later sealed in the St. George LDS Temple.

Lois lived most of her life in St. George and loved it. She graduated from Dixie High School. She loved people and made many friends. She had an uncanny gift of remembering the names of everyone and their children. She liked arts and crafts, especially coloring pictures.

Lois had a tender heart and wanted everyone to get along. She is now reunited with the love of her life, Joe.

Her family wants to thank everyone who helped Lois along the way, with a special thanks to Connie Mitchell and her dear friend, Sharon.

Lois is survived by her mother, Edna Knight of Farmington, Utah; and siblings: Rita (Gene) Pressett of Farmington, Utah, Darrell Knight of Lehi, Utah, Kenneth (Brenda) Knight of Orem, Utah and Kathryn Lambert of Farmington, Utah.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Tuesday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m at Metcalf Mortuary. Interment will follow at Tonaquint Cemetery.
