St George, Utah - Lorna Gillingham, 52, passed away November 17, 2020. She was born on October 2, 1968 to Lawrence and Margaret Harkness. She married Michael Gillingham. They were married in Dumfries, Scotland on June 24, 1993.

Lorna was raised in Dumfries, where she attended school until the age of 18 when she graduated with her A levels (Similar to a U.S Associates Degree). She was a strong and faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints her whole life. After getting married she moved to England where they had a son. She later moved to France and lived there for 15 years before making her final move to St George, Utah. She loved to travel and see the world. She had a great passion for music of all genres as well as a passion for history.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Gillingham; son, Tyler Gillingham; and brothers: Allen Harkness, Ian Harkness, Brian Harkness and David Harkness.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help with funeral and medical expenses.
