Mesquite, NV - Lucille Marie Geist passed away June 15, 2014. She was born November 25, 1936 in Denver, Colorado to Ralph Joseph and Lucille Thelma Carter Heartz. She married Bill Geist on February 12, 1955 in Denver, Colorado.
Bill and Lucille were happily married for 59 years. She raised her family in Denver and moved to Mesquite 16 years ago. She enjoyed playing video poker and slots
Lucille is survived by her husband, Bill; her children: Sandy (Jim) Gallardo of Aurora, CO, Cathy (Jerry) Medina of Castle Pines, CO and Jody Geist of Mesquite, NV; grandchildren: Carrie (Mike) Malagon, Amy (Shawn) McDowell, Jason Medina and Jeremy Medina; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Mary (Larry) Renton; and nephews: Adam Chandler and Sean Renton.
