IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Lynn
Brklacich
February 13, 1944 – December 4, 2023
Washington, Utah – Lynn L. Brklacich, 79, passed away December 4, 2023. She was born February 13, 1944, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to William and Rosemary McElwain.
Lynn was born in Michigan and grew up in Minnesota. She moved to Southern California in her early adulthood.
Her occupation was Accounting for many years in Southern California. She enjoyed working and loved numbers, often referring to as a "work-a-holic."
She moved to Southern Utah for Semi-retirement as she still worked part time preparing peoples' taxes. She never could quite give up accounting completely.
As for hobbies, she enjoyed photography and hiking and has a love for art. She has a large collection of photographs of interesting hiking trips to beautiful places in Utah.
Lynn enjoyed being social with friends frequently going to events and dinners. She loved to spend time with family, especially holidays with her grandchildren.
Although very social, she also treasured her "alone time" relaxing, reading a book, doing a crossword puzzle, or working on her "Bead Art." There are many beautiful Bead Art Portraits hanging up in her home. Because of her love of numbers and crosswords, she ended up taking on Suduko puzzles as well.
A lover of cats, she rescued and adopted many cats over the years. They all grew to adore her as she took very good care of them, spoiling them, making their home enjoyable, comfortable, and providing unconditional love. Her cats were a huge part of her life.
She will be greatly missed.
Lynn is survived by her two sisters, Cindy and Cheryl, her son Scott and her five Grandchildren, Kyle, Scott, Alyssa, Morgan, and Megan.
