St. George, Utah- Margie Eiffert Blackburn was born on February 28, 1923 in the beautiful hills of Iberia, Missouri. She later met Jay C. Blackburn, her best friend and husband for 60 years. They raised their family in Salt Lake City, Utah. Both loved outdoor activities, boating, camping, snowmobiling and traveling abroad. Later in life Marge became an avid and accomplished golfer especially enjoying the camaraderie of her golfing friends at the Bloomington Country Club in St. George, Utah where she resided for the past 23 years. Marge also enjoyed donating her time and resources to many local organizations. She peacefully passed away on June 19, 2015 and is survived by her two daughters: Kathy and Debra Blackburn; and her grandson, Justin Blackburn.
