Obituary
Hurricane, Utah - Mark Alexander Requa passed away February 17, 2013. He was born July 6, 1938 in San Jose, California to Alexander and Barbara Jutras Requa. He married Linda Lee Owen. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hurricane City Cemetery, Hurricane, Utah. To honor Mark, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, www.diabetes.org. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, (435) 673-4221.
