Marlene was born on October 21, 1937 and passed
away in Anaheim, California on February 11, 2023.

As one of six children, Marlene loved her family and
had five children of her own with her husband,
Charles. She is survived by those five children, along
with eight grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.

Marlene worked for many years as a bus driver for
Anaheim School District. She often jokingly referred
to herself as the "mean" bus driver due to her
diligence in following safety guidelines, and she
frequently told amusing stories about her encounters
with the children on the bus.

Funeral service will be held Saturday March 4, 2023
at 1 p.m. at the Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary
Chapel, 140 North Main Street, Hurricane Utah.
Marlene's ashes will be buried after the service at the
Toquerville Cemetery, Toquerville Utah.
