Hurricane, UT
- On Wednesday, February 20, 2019, we lost our sweet husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Michael "Mike" Armond Aldrich, age 80, of Hurricane, UT. He was born to Armond Myron Aldrich and Kathryn Lucile Peterson on December 16, 1938 in Salt Lake City, UT. He married the love of his life, Connie Rae Marsh, on November 25, 1959 in Elko, NV. Mike loved the outdoors, such as time spent on his boat, working in his yard, and looking for any excuse to ride along on his tractor. He enjoyed traveling to visit his family and friends, was an avid football fan, but most of all he had a quick wit and enjoyed making everyone laugh.
Mike is survived by his wife, Connie Aldrich of Hurricane UT; children: Cindi (Kevin) Godwin of Cedar City, UT and David Aldrich of Roseville, CA; sisters: Karen Doty, Janice Eberling and Dianne Schoenherr; grandchildren: Brad Godwin, Brian Godwin, Kate Godwin, Brittany Godwin, Ashland Aldrich and Mya Aldrich; and five great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. He is preceded in death by his parents, Armond and Kathryn Aldrich and son, Thomas Aldrich.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Saturday, March 2, 2019 with a viewing at 10:00 a.m. followed by services at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 320 North 3400 West, Hurricane, UT 84737.
Interment will be in the Hurricane City Cemetery.
