St. George, Utah – Mildred Thomas, 94, passed away, Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was born April 29, 1923, in Leota, Utah to Oscar and Erma Rose Jorgensen Jensen.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at the Washington LDS Ward Chapel, 446 East Magnum Road, Washington, Utah. A visitation will be held prior to services from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Washington City Cemetery.
