Obituary

Salt Lake City Utah – Nicholas Apollo Jensen, 41, passed away unexpectedly, November 3,2023.

Nicholas Apollo Jensen was born on November 13, 1981, in Bountiful Utah to Russell and Suzanne Jensen. He grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and loved playing sports. He loved baseball and was proud of his many trophies earned. Nick loved playing Nintendo with his little brother Steven. He cherished his early childhood hiking, camping and doing art activities with his Grandma and Grandpa Marshall.

He lived in St George, Utah for his teenage years and enjoyed outdoor activities with his many friends like skateboarding and climbing the red rocks. He attended Dixie High School. Shortly after high school he traveled to Hawaii where he was taught the painting profession by his father Russell. Nicolas also found a new passion for surfing and a love for the local culture.

He returned to Utah and married Nicole Ingraham in Salt Lake City, they had a son, Skyler, that he loved dearly.

Nicholas was a great history buff which he got from his Grandpa Marshall. He was knowledgeable and favored the Civil War era.

Nicholas was also interested in day trading and the stock market. He loved music. His favorite genres were oldies, classic rock, metal, and rap/hip hop.

Nick was a happy soul who loved to laugh. He had a beautiful smile and kind heart with a gentle way about him. He fought struggles in his later years valiantly and had recently overcome many obstacles from a stroke 4 years ago. We are comforted that he is at peace in a better place now with loved ones. He will be greatly missed but we know we will see him again.

Nicholas is survived by his father Russell Jensen, his mother Suzanne Jensen, grandmother Kay Jensen, Nicole Ingraham, his son Skyler, his sister Savannah, his three brothers Steven, Dustin and Jaison. We all loved and will continue to love him forever. Love you Nick.
