Hurricane, Utah - Orrin C. Husby passed away November 14, 2011. He was born July 31, 1929 to Carl Victor Husby and Katherine Frederick in Antioch, CA. He married Helen Brooks, who passed away. Then he married Mary Lusk, who also preceded him in death. He participated in the Korean Conflict and was a member of the American Legion. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Orrin is survived by his sister, Emm Haas; step-children: Clark (Maurine) Anderson, Dale (Judy) Anderson, and Bernice (Steve) Christensen; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary, 140 North Main Street, Hurricane, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, at 9:00 a.m. at the Mortuary. Interment will follow at the Hurricane City Cemetery.
