Washington, Utah - Paul Kay Biggs, 78, passed August 23, 2022, with his family at home. He was born in Chicago, IL, on June 25, 1944, to Lee Biggs and Maxine Virginia Biggs. He married Patricia Ann Biggs, and they shared an amazing and loving 30 years together before his passing. They were married in Wendover, UT, on August 3, 1992, and they were overjoyed to be married in the temple on March 9, 2022.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Lee (Maxine) Biggs, and his sister, Maren Jensen. He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann Biggs; brother, John (Ruth) Phillip Biggs; three children: daughter, Paula (Hershel) Jarvis; stepdaughter, Teresa Torgerson; stepson, Tony Knight; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Paul was raised in Holiday, UT, and attended Olympus High School. He received additional training from Dixie Applied Technical College and Utah Trade Tech and devoted most of his life to perfecting his autobody repair skills and building beautiful classic cars and attending classic car shows. Paul was a member of the LDS church. Paul and Patricia moved to St. George, UT, in 1998 and have loved being a part of the community since.
Paul did not want a funeral, however, a celebration of life luncheon where stories and memories can be shared will be held in his honor and will be announced at a later date. Paul will stay with his wife until the time of her passing where they will both be laid to rest together in Franklin, ID.
