St. George / Cottonwood Heights, Utah - In the early hours of Saturday, March 7, 2015, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed into a new trouble free adventure. He was born on September 6, 1933 in Midvale, Utah to Tony Paul Krantz and Frances Svete Krantz. Paul married Vivian Chapman on December 15, 1952. He graduated from Jordan High School. Paul was employed as a Pin Boy at the age of 15. He later was employed in his great joy as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Cliff Johnson Excavating. He enjoyed the outdoors with his family and friends. Paul is survived by his wife, Vivian; children: Tony, Jim (Linda), Sharon (Jeff) Sweeney; five grandsons; nine great-grandchildren; and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity in memory of Paul.
