St. George – Paula Kay Webb, 58, passed away January 30, 2020, in St. George, UT, with her husband, Ken and several dear friends, by her side. She was born on September 19, 1961 to Charles Harward and Ladonna Piper in Iowa City, Iowa.

Paula was originally from Iowa, but grew up in San Diego, California, before settling in St. George, Utah. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and a very doting grandmother. She will be missed by all.

Memorial services will be held, Saturday, February 8, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bloomington Stake Center, 200 West Brigham Rd, St. George, Utah.
