Ivins, UT - Pauline Ence Olds, 82, of Ivins passed away October 21, 2009 at Porters Care Center in St. George, Utah. She was born September 17, 1927 in Ivins, Utah to Reuben and Mata Gubler Ence. She married Ordell Dodge Olds, March 30, 1947 in Pioche, Nevada. The marriage was later solemnized in the ST. George Temple. She was raised in Ivins and attended schools in Santa Clara and was a 1946 graduate of Dixie High School. She was an active member of the LDS church. She and Ordell raised their family in Cedar City till 1984, then moved to St.,George and later moved to Ivins. She and Ordell loved to go camping at Duck Creek up Cedar Mountain. She loved tending children. She was as excellent cook and made quilts for family members. She was a generous and giving person and loved sharing with others. She is survived by three brothers and one sister: Lillis Spencer of Sandy, Utah, Floyd Ence (Marge) of St. George , Utah, Quentin Ence (Sylvia) of Ivins, Utah, and Jay Ence (Janice) of St. George, Utah; children: Robert Bundy (Brenda) of Richmond, Virginia, PamaRae Loader (Bill) of Washington, Utah, Allan Olds of Beaver Dam, Arizona; grandchildren Matthew and Mark Bundy, Andre and Antre Jackson, and Collin, Cameron, Courtney and Chase Loader; great-grandchildren Riley, Aiyanna, Trayvon and Chelsea. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ordell; brother, Dilworth; and a grandson Corrin Ross Loader. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ivins LDS 10th Ward Chapel, 15 N. Main St., Ivins, Utah. Visitation will be held Monday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the chapel, prior to services. Interment will be at the Ivins City Cemetery.
