St. George, UT - Ramona D. Woods, 88 years of age, passed away peacefully Monday, May 31, 2010, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born January 6, 1922 in Battle Creek, Nebraska. She is survived by her children: Nadine (Deloy) Shakespear, Bruce Woods, and Nancy Hartman; eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; and sister Martha (Kenneth) Beckman. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 4, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 W. St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Mortuary, prior to services. Interment will be at the Tonaquint Cemetery in St. George, Utah.
