St. George, Utah - Richard J Broadhead, 56 passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at 2:37pm at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah. He was born October 24, 1958 in Jacksonville, Florida. His parents, JC Broadhead and Mae Jackson of Washington, Utah; his sister, Debra Mueller and husband Robert of Sedona, Arizona; his niece Brooke Acierno and husband Tommy and their sons, Brayden and Owen of Broomfield, Colorado and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins survive him. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 W. St. George Blvd, St. George, Utah. A visitation with family will he held 30 minutes prior to and 30 following the services. Interment will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington City Cemetery, Washington, Utah. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, 435-673-4221.
