Hurricane, Utah – Richard Earl Howard, 88, passed away on May 9, 2021. He was born December 3, 1932 to Perry Homer and Garnet Neher Howard in Springfield, Illinois.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hurricane Three Falls Ward Chapel, 1178 So. 700 W. (Heritage Chapel), Hurricane, Utah. Interment will be in the Hurricane City Cemetery.
