St. George, Utah – Roane Chadwick "Chad" Noel, 96, passed away peacefully with family at his side on July 29, 2016. He was born on July 29, 1920 in Vernal, Utah to Frank Leland Noel and Mary Eliza Roberts.  He was married and sealed to his high school sweetheart, Lois Caldwell in the Logan LDS Temple on July 29, 1943.  He was reunited with his sweetheart on the 73rd anniversary of their marriage.
