Cedar City, UT - Robert Troy Jensen, 44, passed away September 16, 2009, at his home surrounded by all who loved him. Robert was born July 31, 1965, to Kathleen Bulloch and Kerry Willard Jensen. He grew up in Washington, Utah and attended Dixie High School. He was an extremely hard worker, and he had many jobs around the community. Robert attended Kansas City Kansas Community College and received a degree in Mortuary Science. He returned to St. George and worked for Metcalf Mortuary. He loved his profession and caring for the families he served. He married Karen Abbott, they had four sons, Kyle, Kameron (Brianna Jones), Kirby and Kayden. They were later divorced. He then married Vickie Riddle in April 2002. Robert is survived by his parents, Kerry and Kathleen; brothers, Randy and Brad (Holly), wife and children, and stepchildren: McCall (Kendall) Jones; Annie (Nick) Gibson; Liz (Spencer) Hinck; and Seanee Bassett. He has 8 grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grand parents: Thomas Anthon Bulloch; Marie Bettridge Bulloch; Archibald Willard Jensen; Relva Spendlove Jensen; Uncle Roy Turnbaugh; Uncle Keith Bulloch; Uncle Larry Bulloch; Aunt Merrilee Jensen Adams. Robert was a member of the LDS church and had many different callings. He was a devoted father and grandfather. The Jensen Family thanks Dr. Robert Rignell, Southern Utah Home Care and Hospice, especially Karen, Robert's nurse, and Penny Ashworth, hospice volunteer, for their loving and devoted care. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 21, 2009, at 12:00 p.m., at the Heritage Park LDS Ward Chapel, 290 W. 1045 N., Cedar City, UT. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 20, 2009, from 6-7 p.m., at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 W. St. George Blvd., St George, UT., and Monday from 10:00-11:30 a.m., at the chapel, prior to services.
