IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Sandra Jane
Criddle
February 8, 1947 – November 6, 2024
St. George, Utah – Sandra Jane Criddle, 77 years old, returned to her Heavenly Father on November 6, 2024, in St George, UT.
Both Sandra "Sandy" and her twin sister Susan were born on February 8, 1947, in Long Beach, CA to parents, Donald Sullivan and Evelyn Williams and older brother, Tom.
Sandy graduated from Wilson High School in 1965. She then attended Whittier College and Long Beach City College. On July 24,1966, she married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Charles "Chuck" Criddle in Lakewood, CA. Sandy worked as an office manager for her father-in-law and then for her husband, for 43 years at their Chiropractic office in Long Beach.
Sandy's greatest joy in life was being a mother to her three children, Jeff, Cami and Tracey. As a family, they enjoyed many vacations to Yosemite, Hawaii and Palm Desert.
On November 15, 1975, Sandy joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was sealed to her husband on December 30, 1976 in the Los Angeles Temple for time and all eternity. She was a dedicated member, serving in many callings, working with the Cub Scouts, Young Women, Young Adults, Relief Society and more. She really enjoyed working with young people alongside her husband. Her faith and testimony in God the Father and Jesus Christ was a core belief and all who entered her home felt of the sweet spirit she created there.
Sandy and her sister Sue enjoyed taking girls trips, couples trips and spending holidays together. Celebrating their "Birthday Month" was a highlight every year. She loved being a grandmother to 10 and great grandmother to two little girls. In their later years, she and Chuck traveled to Florida and Utah several times a year to spend time spoiling the grandchildren.
Sandy and Chuck retired in June 2016 and later that year, relocated to St George Utah. They enjoyed the past 8 years living near their children and grandchildren. Sunday night dinners, movie nights and card games were among her favorite activities.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Charles; children: Jeffrey, Cameron Bohne (Trent) and Tracey Goodman (Bill); grandchildren: Alyssa Robertson (Adam), Ashley Jubeck (Kray), Aubri Kent (Rylee), Kylie Franklin (Parker), Kaiden, Kate, Karsen, Jake, and Brenna, Lexi; great granddaughters: Amelia and Dot; and her sister, Susan Kelshaw (Robert). She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Evelyn Sullivan and brother, Tom (Judy)
