Hurricane, Utah - Sharon "Shari" Marie Cross danced away peacefully on October 26, 2021. She was born to Barney Turner and Claire Ferrigno on July 24, 1948, in San Francisco, California.

Shari later moved to Salt Lake City, Utah then returned to her city of San Francisco where she attended Woodrow Wilson High School. There she was a cheerleader and Vice President of her student body. She also loved to dance and surf in her free time.

Though Shari wasn't big in stature (she was only 4'10") she did have the biggest of personalities. She was a big city girl at heart but later moved to Hurricane, Utah where she fell in love with the small-town life.

Shari was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Cross; her parents; and her sister, Darleen Paluso. She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Reddick; daughter, Amy (Chris) Mickey; son, Matthew Clark; grandchildren: Clancy (Josh), Alec, Lauren (Keith), and Orion; one great grandson, Krew; and many nieces and nephews who she adored.

Shari will be missed by so many because she befriended everyone she met and made sure all were fed and loved.
