Las Vegas, NV – Tawyna Kay Collins, 41, passed away January 24, 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born February 24, 1979 to Elwin Clark and Anne Adele Wellman Slack in Utah.
Graveside services will be held, Monday, February 1, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. the La Verkin Cemetery, La Verkin, Utah. A visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. at Metcalf Hurricane Valley Mortuary, 140 No. Main Street, Hurricane, Utah, prior to services.
