St. George, Utah - Terry Franklin Chivers passed away in his home in St. George at the age of 76, on December 24, 2024. Terry was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Veoma and Franklin Chivers. He grew up in the Salt Lake City area and later moved to Pocatello, Idaho. He and his wife Karen moved to St. George, Utah in 1987, from Pocatello.

Terry started a very successful landscape and sprinkler business and was a Captain for the St. George Volunteer Fire Department. He is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Terry is survived by his wife, Karen; sister, Pamela Worthen; six children and five children in law; 26 grandkids; and 36 great grandkids. He adored all of his grandchildren and loved taking them and his kids on all types of fun outdoor adventures. He will be greatly missed.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah.
