Obituary

Washington, Utah - Tyler J. Adams, loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in his sleep on April 24, 2011. He was born in Salt Lake City on November 11, 1980. Tyler was full of life, and full of himself. His personality filled the room. He loved to laugh, and he loved to make people laugh. Tyler's heart was made of solid gold, and he was a fiercely loyal and true friend. Ty would give you the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his wallet and do it with a smile. He loved football, horses, Virginia Tech, his Dodge Ram truck and country music, but more than anything he loved his family, his beautiful bride of three weeks and her children that he considered his own. We love you Ty, and miss you terribly already. He is survived by his truck; his wife, Sarah; a son, Ethan; daughters: Brookelyn and Nicole; parents, Chuck and Diane; brothers: Tim (Kaysie), Kody (Sidney), Kyle (Kristin), Curt (Kathy) and Cory; sisters: Amy, Allyson (Jeremy), Jolyne (Mark) and Jennifer (T.J.); nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. He was preceded in death by his mother (Peggy), grandma and grandpas. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington Fields LDS 9th Ward Chapel, 115 West 2000 South, Washington, UT. A visitation will be held prior to services from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be at the Tonaquint Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, (435) 673-4221. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at any Zions Bank in care of Charles Adams for the Tyler J. Adams memorial fund to help defray funeral costs.
