IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wallace Eugene
Boulton
May 18, 1949 – January 7, 2024
Ivins, Utah –Wallace "Wally" Eugene Boulton, 74, born May 18, 1949, passed away quietly and peacefully early in the morning January 7, 2024, surrounded by family.
He had been living in the Southern Utah Veterans Home in Ivins, Utah and before that he had lived in Mesquite Nevada with his sweet wife, Louise. He is survived by his wife, Louise; his son, Barry; and his four living siblings: Dixie (George) Snith, of Winnemucca, NV, Charolette (Winston) Shrout of St. George, UT, Allen (Petra) Boulton of Albuquerque, NM, and Wendy (Rick) Price of Ferron, UT; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins that will also mourn his loss.
Wally served his country during the Vietnam War in a tank division. He received commendations for extreme valor and heroics under heavy fire. He was blessed to come home after a friendly fire incident injuring his left shoulder was serious enough to be sent home.
He lived in several different places and made friends everywhere he went. He met his wife at the Casino where they both worked, and he enjoyed his 24 years of married life. He was a Jehovah Witness as a member of the River Valley Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses, Mesquite, Nevada.
Wally is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Anna Tingey Boulton of Ferron, Utah and his youngest brother, Lynn Boulton of Woods Cross Utah. For sure there was a joyous reunion in the afterlife when he got there.
