St. George, Utah - Wanda Davis Kollenkark, 88, of St. George died April 2, 2014. She was born August 16, 1925 in Warden, Ohio. She is survived by one daughter, Wendy (Danny) Holt of St. George, UT; two sons: Richard Kollenkark of Dove Creek, CO. and K. C. Kollenkark of Hamilton, MT.
