St. George-William Albert Given III, "Bill", "Mr. Softball", Sweetheart, Dad, Brother, Grandpa and Uncle, left this earth on January 22, 2021. He was born in 1938 in Kansas City Missouri.

The Given family moved to Veyo in 1970, where after only three months was called to be the Bishop for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

His greatest loves, besides his wife, family and friends were: Music, when he was younger, he sang with a Barber Shop Quartet, Bowling, where he received many awards, Baseball and Football, where he coached many, Fishing, Making Beautiful Jewelry, Poker, and Card Games.

In younger days, Dad and Mom could cut a rug doing the Twist to Elvis.

Our lives will never be the same without you!

Bill is survived by his Sweetheart, Mona; children: Athena (Scott), Lisa (John), William Albert Given IV "Billy" (Sandra), Angie (Jay), Geneva; his sister, Marcia (Jim), 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah, where visitations will be held Friday, January 29 ^th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Veyo City Cemetery with full military honors.
